Whether you're using a physical SIM card or setting up an eSIM, this guide provides clear, step-by-step instructions to get your phone working properly. Avoid common setup mistakes and get connected faster.
Physical SIM: A traditional plastic card inserted into your phone
eSIM: A digital SIM built into newer phones — no physical card needed
Dual SIM: Phones that can use both SIM types simultaneously

Turn off your phone completely
