Adding lines to your VLE Mobile family plan is a simple process designed to accommodate growing families and evolving needs.

Methods to Add Lines

1. Online Account Management

  • Log in to your VLE Mobile account


  • Navigate to the Manage Plan section

  • Select Add a Line

  • Choose the family member’s phone type (new or existing device)

  • Complete the activation process

2. Customer Service
  • Call VLE Mobile support

  • Provide your account information

  • Specify the number of lines to add

  • A representative will handle the entire process for you

3. In-Store (Partner Locations – Coming Soon)

  • Visit an authorized VLE Mobile partner location

  • Bring valid ID for the account holder

  • Add lines with in-person assistance

Important Considerations

  • The account holder must authorize any new lines

  • Each new line receives its own phone number

  • New lines inherit the current plan’s data tier

  • Billing adjusts automatically based on added lines

  • Maximum of 5 lines per family account

Activation Timeline

  • Immediate for eSIM devices

  • 1–2 business days for physical SIM card delivery

  • Number porting: typically completes within 2–24 hours
