Adding lines to your VLE Mobile family plan is a simple process designed to accommodate growing families and evolving needs.
1. Online Account Management
Log in to your VLE Mobile account
Navigate to the Manage Plan section
Select Add a Line
Choose the family member’s phone type (new or existing device)
Complete the activation process
Call VLE Mobile support
Provide your account information
Specify the number of lines to add
A representative will handle the entire process for you
Visit an authorized VLE Mobile partner location
Bring valid ID for the account holder
Add lines with in-person assistance
The account holder must authorize any new lines
Each new line receives its own phone number
New lines inherit the current plan’s data tier
Billing adjusts automatically based on added lines
Maximum of 5 lines per family account
Immediate for eSIM devices
1–2 business days for physical SIM card delivery
Number porting: typically completes within 2–24 hours
