If your data isn't working on your multi-network plan, the most common cause is that roaming hasn't been enabled in your phone settings. Since our innovative service uses network switching technology, your phone needs permission to connect to multiple networks.

Quick Fix - Enable Roaming:

iPhone:

  1. Go to Settings > Cellular

  2. Select your Data line

  3. Tap Cellular Data Options

  4. Turn Data Roaming ON

  5. Restart your phone if needed

Android:

  1. Go to Settings > Network & Internet

  2. Select Mobile Network

  3. Choose your Data SIM

  4. Turn Roaming ON

  5. Restart your phone if needed

If Data Still Isn't Working:

Check Phone Lock Status:

A locked or blacklisted phone may prevent proper network access. Here's how to check:

1. Phone Lock Status:

  • Contact the carrier where you originally purchased the phone

  • Ask if the device is unlocked for use with other carriers

  • Request unlocking if it's still locked (usually free if the phone is paid off)

2. Blacklist Status:

  • Ask the original carrier if the phone is blacklisted

  • Common reasons: unpaid bills, reported stolen, or insurance claims

  • Blacklisted phones cannot be used on most networks

3. IMEI Check:

  • Dial *#06# to see your IMEI number

  • Provide this to your original carrier

  • They can verify the phone's status

Additional Troubleshooting Steps:

1. Verify Correct eSIM Setup:

  • Ensure the Data eSIM is set as the default for cellular data

  • Check that both eSIMs show as active

2. Network Reset:

  • Toggle Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then off

  • This forces a fresh network connection

3. Check APN Settings:

  • Usually automatic, but may need manual configuration

  • Contact support for the correct APN details

4. Software Updates:

  • Ensure your phone has the latest software

  • Updates often include network compatibility improvements
